Product Development Executive
We are looking for a ProductDevelopmentExecutive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Masala/Spices/Flavor Industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving innovation from ideation to launch, developing new masala products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, and Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new masala/spice products from concept to market launch.
- Drive innovation and identify trends within the category.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Production teams to ensure products meet consumer preferences and quality standards.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including testing and product optimization.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to align new products with consumer needs.
- Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to improve market fit.
- Location: Kochi
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Science & Technology or Food Technology
