Position: Product Developer – Chocolate (Benchmarking)
Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India

Join Mondelēz International as a Product Developer – Chocolate, where you will work with cross-functional teams to support new product development, portfolio maintenance and productivity projects focused on delivering the best snacking experience.
What You Will Do
- Execute RDQ activities for product development and benchmarking.
- Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following GMP and HACCP standards.
- Carry out product shelf-life testing, consumer-led development tasks, and quality-by-design activities.
- Conduct AMEA PQB studies, competitor benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, analyze data, interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accurate consumer-led product specifications.
What You Will Bring
- A passion for innovation and consumer-focused product development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology or Engineering.
- Experience in product development, formulation and understanding of food manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under managerial guidance.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of food ingredients and ability to maintain accurate development records.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage pilot plant trials and scale-up activities.
- Host internal/external stakeholders when needed.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and present project updates.
