We are looking for a Procurement Executive with up to 3 years of experience in food ingredients procurement to join our growing team. As part of our te am, you will help scale the EasyBuy platform, focusing on procurement, inventory management, price intelligence, and more.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (a degree in Supply Chain or Food Technology is a plus).
- Experience: Up to 3 years in procuring specialty food ingredients such as Nutraceuticals, Proteins, Cocoa, and Alternative Sweeteners. Experience in import operations for food ingredients is a big plus.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, efficiency in operations, great verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach.
- Experience with: FMCG or Nutraceutical Brands, or distributors of food chemicals & specialty food ingredients is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and procurement of food ingredients.
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Price intelligence and market research to ensure competitive pricing.
- Working closely with the founders and high-quality team to scale the business.
