Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in the Process & Paneer section to ensure smooth production flow
Monitor and maintain quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
Supervise milk and paneer processing, ensuring proper hygiene and temperature controls
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and packaging teams for efficient plant performance
Maintain accurate production records and ensure minimal wastage
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols
