The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our New Delhi headquarters. This role is crucial in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Lead, motivate, and manage production teams for optimal productivity.
Identify and address production inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate records and report on production performance.
Drive continuous improvement in production processes.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in project-based engineering.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
Degree/diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
