Now Hiring: Plant Quality Manager – Licious
We are Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood brand founded in 2015. Today, we proudly serve over 32 lakh customers across 20 cities, delivering fresh, high-quality products every day.
We are looking for an experienced Plant Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and food safety operations at our plant in Hoskote, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily quality operations, inspections, and sanitation verification
Implement & maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GLP standards
Manage internal & external audits and regulatory inspections
Lead CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality performance reporting
Train and mentor QA/QC teams and plant employees
Drive process improvements to reduce defects, waste, and complaints
Collaborate with production, maintenance, procurement & R&D teams
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy/Food Science
10–15 years
Strong plant-level quality & food safety expertise
Hands-on audit management experience
Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills
Location: Hoskote, Karnataka
