The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in food processing, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence, quality, productivity, and statutory compliance.

Key Requirements:
- Education: BE / B.Tech
- Experience: 20+ years in manufacturing operations
(Food / FMCG industry experience preferred) - Strong exposure to plant operations, process optimization, quality systems, and compliance
