10+ years of core experience in Bakery Operations
Strong expertise in production, quality control, manpower management & process optimization
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end bakery production operations
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to food safety standards
• Lead and manage large teams across production, quality, and maintenance
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Implement best practices in equipment utilization and plant maintenance
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain & R&D teams
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the bakery unit
