- Provide personalized guidance to farmers on herd management, breeding strategies, and nutrition.
- Monitor and evaluate dairy production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Facilitate training sessions for farmers on modern farming technologies and sustainable farming practices.
- Act as a liaison between farmers and Baani Milk Producer Company Ltd to address any concerns or queries promptly.
- Collect and analyze data related to dairy production, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize business strategies.
