About the Role
As the SC QC Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in driving quality excellence. From implementing GLPs/SOPs and managing lab equipment, to leading site sensory and microbiological compliance – this position ensures top-tier product quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sensory panel & ensure compliance as per program
Conduct sensory training and quarterly proficiency checks
Drive microbiological testing and reporting for RM, FG & PM
Ensure SAP-based timely approvals & documentation
Maintain GLP, GMP, and digital lab governance (STAR LIMS)
Oversee internal audits, water & sanitation compliances
Collaborate with plant leadership on quality & safety initiatives
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Science / Microbiology
3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing (preferably MNC)
Skilled in Micro/Sensory testing, GMP, GLP, SAP & documentation
