PepsiCo India – SC QC Coordinator (Patiala, Punjab)
PepsiCo India is hiring for the position of SC QC Coordinator to be based in Patiala, Punjab. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality standards for raw and packing materials (RM/PM) at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on incoming RM/PM materials to ensure they meet FLI standards.
- Monitor RM/PM tests, report non-compliance, and communicate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate reports for communication with concerned teams.
- Conduct audits of RM/PM storage conditions and ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation.
- Oversee the implementation of food safety policies at the plant.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and standards for vendors/suppliers.
- Ensure the maintenance of GMP, GHK, GLP, and manage internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process Audit).
- Communicate root cause analysis to vendors and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Sc in Food Technology.
