Job Role:
Work closely with the sales team to provide innovative technical solutions and programs to targeted customers.
Support the sales team in building strong relationships with key bakeries in the zone.
Drive continuous growth in both existing and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative pastry recipes and products that align with current market trends.
Ensure high-quality standards in production, presentation, and taste.
Train bakery staff on new products and techniques.
Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product lines.
Maintain inventory control of baking supplies and ingredients.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
