- Outlet Chef
- Create and innovate menu items.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff.
- Floor Manager
- Coordinate dining room operations.
- Manage reservations and customer inquiries.
- Ensure smooth service flow.
- Captain / Sr. Captain
- Lead the service team.
- Assist in training new staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- CDP / DCDP
- Prepare high-quality food.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily operations.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
- Commis I/II/III
- Assist in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety regulations.
- Steward / Sr. Steward
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Housekeeping Team
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues.
