Responsibilities:
Outlet Chef:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff and schedules
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
Restaurant Manager:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise staff and provide training
- Handle financial transactions and budgets
Floor Manager:
- Coordinate front-of-house activities
- Ensure smooth service flow
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Support and mentor staff
Captain / St. Captain:
- Supervise and assist service staff
- Ensure efficient table management
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in training new staff
CDP / DCDP:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff
Commis:
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Follow food safety regulations
- Support senior chefs
Steward / S. Steward:
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain dining area cleanliness
- Follow service protocols
- Assist in event setups
Housekeeping Team:
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Manage laundry and supplies
- Report maintenance issues
