Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech in Food Technology or M.Sc in Food Technology
- Experience: 3-5 years in the field (Freshers need not apply)

- Work Schedule: The selected candidates will be required to work in shifts.
- Manpower Handling: Experience in managing a team effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Daily Responsibilities: Oversee daily QA and production activities.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in working with computers.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production process to meet daily targets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of QA and production activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Inventory Management: Moni tor and manage inventory levels to avoid production delays.
- Training: Train and mentor junior staff on QA and production procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production promptly.
