About the Role:
We are looking for a Dairy Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in handling production or Quality Assurance (QA) or a combination of both in Dairy Commodities. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in dairy commodity procurement, food safety management systems, and QMS auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Vendor Audits for SMP & Butter and manufacturing facility audits, including bulk milk cooling units.
- Proficiency in raw milk procurement and managing its supply chain.
- Knowledge of laboratory and production equipment, as well as scientific processes.
- Inventory management of major dairy commodities.
Qualifications:
B.Tech. in Dairy Technology
