Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
Shift Incharge – QA
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during shift operations
- Monitor online quality checks and documentation
- Lead QA technicians and coordinate with production for quality improvements
- Handle non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Blending Chemist – QA
Responsibilities:
- Perform formulation checks and ensure proper blending of beverage batches
- Conduct in-process quality testing (Brix, acidity, flavour profile)
- Maintain blending records and ensure compliance with QA parameters
- Support batch approvals and troubleshooting during deviations
Chiller Operator – Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain chilling plants and refrigeration systems
- Monitor temperature profiles to support production requirements
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and report equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols
Warehouse Officer – Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Oversee material handling, storage, and dispatch activities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through timely GRN, stock updates & audits
- Coordinate with procurement, QA & production for material planning
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and warehouse safety standards
Filler Operator – Production (PET)
Responsibilities:
- Operate PET filling machines as per production schedule
- Monitor machine efficiency, quality parameters & hygiene standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance
- Ensure proper changeovers and documentation
Cardboard Packer Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate carton packing machines efficiently
- Monitor packing quality and minimize damages
- Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Support packaging line targets with minimal downtime
Wrap Around Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate wrap-around packaging machines
- Ensure proper carton alignment and sealing quality
- Conduct routine checks to reduce line stoppages
- Maintain production logs and support continuous improvement
CHF – Multi Shrink Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate multi-shrink wrapping machines for beverage packs
- Maintain pack quality, sealing integrity and shrink temperature settings
- Support changeovers and preventative maintenance
- Comply with safety & hygiene norms on the shop floor
