Qualification:
- Area Manager / Field Supervisor: Graduation and above
- Center Incharge / Chemist: B.Sc. and above
Age:
- 22 Years & above
Responsibilities:
Area Manager:
- Oversee regional operations and ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement business strategies.
- Manage team performance and provide training.
Center Incharge:
- Supervise daily operations of the center.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage staff and handle customer queries.
Field Supervisor:
- Monitor and manage field activities.
- Ensure timely completion of field tasks.
- Coordinate with the team and report to the manager.
Chemist:
- Conduct chemical analyses and tests.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety protocols.
- Document test results and prepare reports.
