Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager Purchase & Store / Purchase & Store Manager to join our team at Pagariya Food Labs Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire Purchase and Store operations for all our brands. This includes tasks such as procurement, store management, supply chain operations, material movement, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the purchase and store operations
- Managing the supply chain and material movement
- Conducting vendor negotiations
- Handling inventory management
Qualifications:
- 8 to 14 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with a background in Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR industries
