Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily packing and production operations.
- Ensure that production targets are met efficiently and within set deadlines.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency.
- Train and guide production staff on best practices and safety measures.
- Manage inventory levels for packaging materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
