We’re on the lookout for a Packaging Technologist (3–5 yrs experience) to lead the development of sustainable, functional, and consumer-friendly packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive innovation in primary, secondary & tertiary packaging
- Collaborate across R&D, marketing, supply chain, and operations
- Ensure packaging meets shelf-life, transport & regulatory standards
- Optimize with sustainable materials & cost-effective tech
- Work with suppliers, co-manufacturers & design teams
What You Bring:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Packaging Tech, Polymer Science, Food Tech
- 3–5 years in food/FMCG/D2C packaging roles
- Strong grasp of MAP, vacuum, frozen & retort packaging
- Knowledge of FSSAI, FDA, EU, BIS standards
- Passion for sustainability and smart packaging solutions
