Position: Packaging Material – Analyst
Location: Indapur
Experience: 2–3 Years
Preference: Immediate Joiners
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the inspection, testing, and approval of packaging materials including pouches, cartons, glass jars, PET jars, tin cans, and self-adhesive labels. The ideal candidate will ensure all materials comply with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming inspection of all packaging materials
- Perform tests such as seal strength, leakage, bursting strength, drop test, adhesion, and print quality checks
- Verify COA and ensure compliance with FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements
- Approve or reject packaging materials as per defined specifications
- Monitor packaging quality during production processes
- Handle packaging-related complaints and coordinate effectively with vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Packaging Technology
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in food/FMCG packaging quality
