Position Overview:
Kuralit Pagariya Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and driven Packaging Executive to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of packaging operations, ensuring top-quality products, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. As a Packaging Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging Design & Strategy: Lead the development of packaging solutions, ensuring they align with brand strategy and consumer expectations.
- Material Sourcing & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement of packaging materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Packaging Standards & Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring safety and quality across all product lines.
- Packaging Machinery & Equipment Management: Ensure efficient operation of packaging machinery and collaborate with engineering teams for optimal performance.
- Quality Control & Process Optimization: Conduct audits and optimize packaging processes to ensure product integrity and consistency.
- Cost Control & Financial Management: Manage packaging costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain budgetary control.
- Sustainability & Innovation Leadership: Promote sustainability initiatives and adopt eco-friendly packaging solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: PG Diploma in Packaging (from IP, SIES College of Packaging, or related field).
- Experience: 2+ years in Packaging Development, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, machinery, and food safety standards.
