About the Role:
Vadilal Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Packaging Development Specialist to manage multiple packaging development projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong expertise in packaging execution and printing, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and remain within scope and budget.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to track project goals and progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure practicality of packaging designs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging or Packaging Engineering (or related field).
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in packaging for processed food is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
