Role Description
Haldiram Foods International Ltd is looking for a full-time Operations Executive – Chocolate at its Nagpur location. The selected candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the chocolate division, ensuring smooth production processes, quality control, and inventory management. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach in coordinating operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee chocolate production operations and ensure adherence to quality control standards
Manage inventory and supply chain processes for the chocolate division
Collaborate with other teams to ensure operational efficiency
Problem-solving and handling key accounts related to chocolate production
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the production environment
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in operations and operations management
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key account handling experience
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Food Technology
Experience in food production or a related industry is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
