We Are Hiring – Operations Head
Location: Karjan, Vadodara
Company: Madhav Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Operations Head to lead our end-to-end plant operations and drive consistent improvement across production, planning, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory & quality standards
Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Coordinate procurement, planning & dispatch operations
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making
Maintain strong discipline, hygiene & operational controls in the plant

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Food Tech)
• 3–5 years experience in production/operations (food industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of quality systems, GMP, HACCP & regulatory norms
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver results under pressure
