- Education: B.Tech. (Food, Microbiology, Biotechnology) / M.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology)
- Experience: 5-7 years in any food-related industry
- Skills: Operations handling, team management, training delivery, process & production planning
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & other operational software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the food processing and distribution unit.
- Ensure smooth execution of production and distribution activities.
- Manage a team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor and improve processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Manage resource allocation and maintain inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
- Analyze and report on operational performance, making recommendations for improvements.
