🔹 Role Focus:
- Shift quality operations stabilization
- Online quality control & finished product inspection
- GMP, HACCP, AIB & process audits
- Potato quality evaluation & Cook Tests
- Frying, oil quality, seasoning & process parameter checks
- Training quality checkers and driving zero-defect production
Qualification:
B.Tech (Food Technology) / M.Sc. Food Technology
