Online QC Executive – PepsiCo

About the Job
PepsiCo is hiring an Online QC Executive to ensure the highest product quality and minimize customer complaints through rigorous quality control measures. This role involves overseeing production processes, implementing quality systems, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Ensure product quality through stringent on-line quality control checks and finished product inspections.
Conduct routine quality tests such as the Cook Test, Hunter Color Test, and analytical checks for parameters like FFA, PV, and seasoning.
Implement quality control standards for processes, physical systems, and the environment.
Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and execute corrective actions.
Maintain and enforce GMP, GHK, GLP, and compliance with HACCP, AIB, and other internal/external audit standards.
Monitor operating parameters of machinery such as peelers, slicers, fryers, and conveyors to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct hourly checks for potato peeling, slice thickness, seas oning levels, and fryer oil quality.
Manage potato lot acceptance based on visual and Cook Test results, collaborating with the Agro Department and shift in-charge.
Troubleshoot production issues to minimize waste and maintain quality.
Provide feedback and corrective action plans to operators and supervisors.
Qualifications
B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
3-5 years of experience in food safety systems and ISO standards.
Knowledge of HACCP, AIB, and TPM practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in ensuring product quality.
