Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in Food Technology or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical, chemical & sensory analysis of online products
- Check finished pouch/bag weight and sealing and maintain records
- Manage control samples, checking and documentation
- Conduct analysis of RM, in-process, and finished goods with proper record-keeping
- Intimate and report non-conformance or quality deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
