About the Role
This position focuses on ensuring compliance with Herbalife’s global quality standards during manufacturing and storage at contract manufacturing sites in India. The role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor processes to ensure compliance with quality procedures
- Conduct audits aligned with Ministry of Ayush, Ayurveda standards, and FSSAI GMP guidelines
- Handle complaints, perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and implement CAPA
- Support troubleshooting related to raw materials, packaging, and processes
- Provide batch release approvals and ensure documentation compliance
- Conduct training on updated quality requirements
- Participate in quality improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform testing of RM, PM, FG and support OOS investigations
Qualifications
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Technology, Pharma, or related field
Skills Required
- Knowledge of FSSAI requirements and nutraceutical products
- Experience with HACCP / ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
- Understanding of QC processes like calibration, OOS, OOT, sampling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
