Salary Range: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform microbial enumeration, identification, and characterization using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
- Monitor and maintain microbiological cultures and laboratory equipment.
- Implement and maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the laboratory.
- Assist in the development and validation of microbiological test methods.
- Investigate and troubleshoot microbiological issues and deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, process improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports of microbiological test results and findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in microbiology.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and expertise.
