Join Farmley, a leading brand in the health-focused food industry, as our NPD Executive and play a key role in taking ideas from concept to launch!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development – from idea to commercialization
- Conduct lab & plant trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations
- Research market trends, consumer preferences & competitor products
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality & regulatory standards
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Procurement, Marketing & Production
- Optimize formulations and processes for scale & cost-efficiency
- Maintain product documentation and specifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (preferred: food/FMCG)
- Strong analytical thinking & coordination skills
