About the Role
As the Food Service Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing all food service areas, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, and effectively managing inventory. Your leadership and ability to motivate a team will be critical in driving the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food service areas, including made-to-order food, bakery, and beverages (coffee, fountain, slush).
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Supervise and organize shifts, manage inven tory, and maintain proper supply levels.
- Enforce company protocols and provide training on customer service and safety practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service management, preferably as a shift lead or supervisor.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food service and beverage equipment.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform tasks across various store areas.
