What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end New Product Development
Drive formulation, scale-up & technology transfer
Oversee lab operations, sensory & stability testing
Ensure FSSAI compliance & documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor and grow a strong R&D team
