Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D for new flavour profiles, sensory innovations, and product enhancements
- Design pilot batches, scale-up processes, and optimize production methods
- Conduct sensory evaluations, market analysis, and ingredient sourcing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, production, and procurement teams
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
We’re looking for someone who is innovative, research-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of food technology and consumer trends.
