Radhakrishna Food Services is seeking a talented New Product Development & Quality Control Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about food innovation, quality assurance, and have a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: Create and test innovative food product formulations.
- Product Improvement: Enhance existing products for better quality, shelf life, and consumer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards during production and monitor product performance.
- Vendor Development: Identify and develop reliable suppliers for new product ingredients.
- Market & Field Visits: Conduct research, sensory evaluations, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of formulations, trials, quality checks, and adhere to regulatory standards (ISO 22000, FSSAI).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology.
- Experience: 1-2 years in product development or quality control (freshers with strong knowledge are encouraged).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food processing, ingredient functionality, sensory evaluation, and food safety regulations.
- Sensory Evaluation: Certification is a plus.
- Documentation Skills: Strong attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Field & Market Experience: Willing to conduct on-site quality checks and market visits.
