Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time New Product Development & Quality Assurance Associate to join us on-site in Gurugram. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for food science, innovation, and nutritious products for children. You will assist in formulating new products, conducting batch tests, ensuring quality control, and auditing our manufacturing processes to meet high food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP). Strong communication and organizational skills are vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the product development team in formulating new products, conducting trials, and testing ingredients for product stability, taste, and shelf life.

Perform batch testing and quality checks during production to meet internal and external quality standards, and help resolve any quality issues.

Audit third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure adherence to Troovy’s quality standards and food safety certifications, such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with teams including procurement, R&D, and marketing to ensure smooth product transitions from development to commercial launch.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

0-1 year of experience in the food industry (internships or project experience in product development or quality assurance are a plus).

Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSA, HACCP, and ISO).

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
