Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Master’s in Food Technology

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development projects
Develop innovative and market-relevant food products
Conduct market research & trend analysis
Work on product formulation and taste optimization
Coordinate pilot batches and production scale-up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations
Preferred Experience: Peanut butter, spreads, healthy snacks, protein-based products, or health foods.
