Are you passionate about developing nutritious and exciting food products for kids? Pintola, India’s leading health food brand, is looking for a New Product Development Manager to lead innovation in our Kids’ Food segment.
Location: Salal – Sonasan Road, Prantij, Sabarkantha, Gujarat
Experience: 5-6 years in food product development
Salary: ₹60,000/month (Based on interview performance)
New Product Development Manager
Your Role:
- Lead the creation and launch of kids’ food products that are tasty, nutritious, and market-ready
- Oversee the full NPD lifecycle – from ideation to commercialization
- Ensure FSSAI and food safety compliance across all products
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Production for seamless go-to-market strategy
- Conduct market research, consumer trials, and ingredient sourcing
We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Food Tech/Food Science
- Deep knowledge of nutrition trends, functional ingredients & food safety
- Strong experience in FMCG, NPD, and project management
- A creative, analytical leader with a drive to make a difference in children’s nutrition
