Experience:
- Required: Experience in sauces and canning manufacturing
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a New Product Development ( Food Technologist) in FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Improve existing products and processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely product launches.
