Position :- Food Quality Manager
Job Summary :-
The Food Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of food products produced by the company,
including developing and implementing quality control
programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and managing a team of quality control professionals. The manager will work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement quality control programs to
ensure that food products meet customer requirements
and specifications
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry
standards, including food safety, environmental, and labor regulations
Manage and develop a team of quality control
professionals to ensure that quality control programs are
effectively implemented
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers,
customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to develop
and improve quality control procedures
Conduct product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality stand
Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPls) related to product quality and compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality control trends and best practices in the food industry.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry,
Biology, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in food quality control, with a proven track record of delivering results
Strong knowledge of food quality control standards and
regulations
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team of quality control professionals
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to
communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong project management skills, including the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
