Position: Loss Prevention Associate (#LPA)
Locations: Greater Noida, Noida, or Dehradun
Requirements:
- Essential: Any Graduate
- Number of Positions: 5
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in Warehouse Operations (FMCG), familiar with SLP & Inventory Concepts.
Job Description:
- Enhance organizational profitability by promptly identifying loss situations and escalating them to stakeholders for preventive measures.
- Assess and report exceptions within defined guidelines.
- Notify incidents and alarms at stores to the appropriate hierarchy, monitoring until closure.
- Conduct routine checks of LPA/SG activities.
- Monitor Loss Prevention aspects related to cycle count, FEFO, Write-offs, second sale, and cleanliness.
- Screen and identify evidence on CCTV to support investigations.
- Inspect systems, manual records, and registers to gather information.
- Support investigations within the span of control.
- Plan & initiate L1 checks of SAS (Security automation system) and notify for early repair.
- Monitor HSEF non-compliances and report exceptions.
- Assist sites in regular safety drills.
- Ensure correct reconciliation of assets during transportation and take corrective action against lost assets.
- Facilitate implementation & adherence to all Processes.
- Record DSIR and conduct investigations/corrective actions for major incidents at the site.
- Assist ops team in recovering losses from staff/vendors and filing necessary reports/complaints.
