Role Overview:
The Quality Inspector – Supplier Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Ferrero’s quality standards and protocols at supplier locations involved in manufacturing surprises and packing. The position involves supervision, coordination with suppliers, process improvements, training initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise suppliers to ensure compliance with Ferrero quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections with suppliers for timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct process supervisions, report non-conformities, and implement improvements.
- Provide training to suppliers to enhance quality and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address daily quality concerns.
- Check technical files and data sheets for toys, manage lot creation and release in SAP.
- Participate in new development toy testing and coordinate with the technical department.
- Contribute to process validation trials and report findings to line supervisors.
Requirements:
- Graduation with 4-7 years of experience.
- Specific knowledge in molding shop defects analysis, problem-solving techniques, and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
