Immediate Job Opening: Role: Restaurant Manager
Location: Rajkot
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and oversee restaurant staff
- Develop staff schedules for optimal staffing levels
- Monitor food, supplies, and equipment stock levels, forecasting and ordering as required
- Take charge of budgets and implement cost control measures
- Address customer needs, feedback, and concerns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain operational standards among all employees
- Provide reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Proficient in general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Proven ability to manage operating costs within budget constraints
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
