Position: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent qualification.

Location: Rajkot

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Develop staff schedules for optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage food, supplies, and equipment inventory.

• Implement cost control methods to minimize expenses.
• Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Moni tor employees to ensure adherence to operating standards.

• Provide reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
• Proficient in restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage operating costs within budget constraints.
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
