Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field
MSC/M-Tech in Food Science
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations and ensure the production targets are met
Manage staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
Improve production efficiency by implementing best practices
Monitor and maintain quality control standards
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Plant Operation Officer (1 Position)
Location: Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
BSC/B-Tech in Food Science
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise plant activities and ensure operational efficiency
Implement production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
Manage maintenance of machinery and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in production optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Plant Operation Executive (2 Positions)
Location: Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field
BSC/B-Tech in Food Science
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily plant operations and assist in managing production schedules
Ensure all machines and equipment are in working order
Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain high standards
Monitor raw materials inventory and report any shortages
Assist the plant manager in routine administrative tasks
- HR Executive (1 Position)
Location: Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
MBA in HR
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee training and development programs
