1. Dairy Plant Head / Plant In-charge
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Dairy) or Diploma in Dairy Technology
- Experience: 5–8 years in dairy plant operations
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance
- Coordinate with departments to achieve production targets
- Lead and manage plant staff
2. Lab Assistant
- Qualification: B.Sc (Science)
- Experience: 1–3 years in dairy lab or quality testing
- Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality tests on raw milk and finished products
- Maintain lab records and test data accurately
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
- Support QA team in audits and inspections
3. Dairy Shift In-charge
- Qualification: B.Tech (Dairy)
- Experience: 2–5 years in shift handling & production
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift operations and manage production staff
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality
- Ensure timely shift reporting and documentation
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot issues during shift
