Qualifications:
- IDD
- B.Tech in Dairy
- Diploma in Dairy Technology
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of various milk testing procedures
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine and advanced testing of milk samples to ensure quality and safety standards
- Recording and analyzing test results, and reporting any discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Mainta ining and calibrating laboratory equipment
- Assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures
- Providing technical support and guidance to other staff members
