1) Chef De Partie

Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials.

2) Executive Chef or Business Development Chef/R&D Chef

Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary team in creating innovative and appealing menu offerings.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our culinary offerings and market presence.
Conduct research and development to continuously improve menu offerings and culinary techniques.

3) Executive/Senior Executive – Horecca Sales (Chicken) & BD

Experience: 3+ years in the food industry
Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities within the Horecca segment, focusing on chicken products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.

4) Production Supervisor

Experience: 1+ years (Male)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Schedule and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

5) SCM Manager

Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
Implement systems and processes for tracking and monitoring supply chain performance.
